Metaphor Studio located in Cincinnati, Ohio. I worked as W2 from 2003-2004 and as a contractor from 2005-2006. There, as User Interface and Flash Interaction Designer, I was critical to the release of approximately 50 websites running on editspot, a proprietary content management system developed at Metaphor Studio. Bettafish - Flash ActionScript 2.0 Project
Created a site using Flash MX 2004 Professional to stream Video and Audio files. Streams a linked 34 MB movie (FLV) that is buffered to play after 5 seconds.
Plays a list of mp3s via XML and reads out the title and artist if that meta data is available. There are only 3 clips of music for the demo, but there is no limit.
Volume control, progress bar, pause for the movie. User starts, stops or moves through the mp3s. Reads through a directory of text files and JPGs for the gallery. Uses CSS and HTML within Flash.
Requires Flash Player 7 or higher to view.
